When and where do I need to upload my print file?

For printing products, you must upload your file after completing and paying for your order . Once you have completed the payment, you will see a confirmation page with your order number and a direct link to the File Transfer section. From there, you can upload your print file so we can start preparing your order. If you do not upload it at that time, you can also do it later from your customer area , by entering the File Transfer section. You will only need to select upload file , add your design, and click on "finish and send". Please note that the production of your order will begin once we have correctly received the print file.

When will I receive my order?

Generally, you will receive your order within 24h to 96h. For more detailed information on delivery times, see our page “Production and shipping methods” (see here ).

Does the roll up come with a carry bag?

Yes, it includes a carry bag to store and transport it comfortably.

Can I have a different design for each side of the double-sided roll up?

Yes, you can choose the same design on both sides or two different ones, one for each side of the roll up.

How do you assemble a double-sided roll up?

The assembly is the same as a standard roll up. Just unfold the structure, place the pole, and pull out the two graphics from the rollers to fix them at the top. No tools required.

What material are the roll ups printed on?

They are printed on PVC-free polypropylene of 195 microns and 150 g/m², a resistant material that offers good image quality and a professional finish.

Technical data for Roll up printing:

Bleed: add 3 mm bleed around all edges of your design.
Safety margin: keep important elements 10 mm away from the edge or fold lines.
Keep all important text and images at least 30 mm from the bottom and 30 mm from the top of your design. This part will remain mostly rolled up inside the stand and will not be visible.
Resolution: at least 150 dpi.
Color mode: CMYK.
File format: PDF at 1:1 scale without password.
Typography: fonts must be embedded or converted to curves.
Minimum font size: 20 pt.
Minimum line thickness: 1.5 points 0.5 mm.
Overprint: we do not correct overprint settings.
File review: we do not perform spell checking or content review.
