Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

eCommProjects UK Ltd. is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and hereby informs the USER that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data and on what legal basis?

Depending on the form through which we obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

In the Contact form

• To respond to enquiries or any other requests made by the user through any of the contact channels available on the controller's website. (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• To send commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical means, current or future, that enables commercial communications to be sent. These communications will be sent by the controller and will relate to its own products and services, or to those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In the E-commerce form

• To manage your online purchase or order, process payment and arrange shipping or activation, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale. (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• To manage, maintain, improve and develop the services provided. (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• To carry out satisfaction and quality surveys. (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

In the Newsletter form

• To send newsletters, news, offers and online promotions. (consent of the data subject, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

How long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as the law requires it to be retained. Once it is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures that guarantee the anonymisation or complete destruction of the data.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No personal data will be disclosed to third parties except, where necessary to carry out the purposes of the processing, to our communications service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current data protection legislation.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

• The right to withdraw consent at any time.
• The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, https://ico.org.uk) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to deal with their request, while providing data in the remaining fields is optional. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for notifying any changes to it.

The CONTROLLER informs USERS that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide them with an optimal service. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to their needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection legislation, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data for which it is responsible and, in particular, with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and that it has provided them with the appropriate information to exercise those rights.
