All prices listed in copykrea.co.uk include VAT in force at the time of purchase.
In certain assessed cases, the exact price that will be charged to the customer may entail the payment of shipping costs, which are specified on our shipping conditions page (see here). Likewise, when viewing your basket once you have added a document and selected the characteristics of your order, the customer may have all the pertinent information regarding shipping costs. In the event of a discrepancy between the price indicated for shipping costs in the corresponding section of the website and that indicated at the time of finalizing the order in the cart, the price indicated at the end of the order (cart) always prevails.
In Copykrea you can only make prints that we can assume in our production center and, therefore, deliver within a reasonable time.

From the company we will do everything possible so that the transport companies comply with the established deadlines. The order will be understood to have been delivered when the delivery note is signed in the courier company's systems.
We are not responsible for possible extra costs derived from customs.
At Copykrea you will be able to claim the replacement or refund of your order within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order.
You will not be able to cancel or modify your order once production has started in our workshop.

The user declares himself responsible for the documents he orders to print, declaring that he has the right of reproduction, copying and/or distribution, with full compliance with property rights intellectual and industrial rights of third parties, exempting eCommProjects Internet S.L. of any responsibility for violation of said rights.
eCommProjects Internet S.L. undertakes to keep confidentiality, not to disclose or market with the files/documents made available to the client for the execution of the order. The files will be destroyed within 90 days from the date the work was requested by the client or user.
Copykrea, without prior notice, reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal to users or clients who do not comply with the General Conditions specified in this section.
If any clause included in these General Conditions were declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, subsisting the General Conditions in all the rest, considering such provision, or the part thereof that is affected, for not being made.
