When you place an order, you expect to receive it as quickly as possible and with the peace of mind that it will arrive exactly as requested. At Copykrea, we understand that, which is why we take care of every detail of the production and shipping process to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.
To guarantee the delivery timeframe for your order, Copykrea offers three production methods: Express, Priority and Standard.
The Express Production method is the fastest option available. Your files will receive the highest priority within our production facility, allowing them to enter production before all others and be prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. We recommend this option if you need to receive your order as soon as possible.
The Priority Production method offers faster processing than the Standard option, giving your files priority within the production queue, although with a lower priority than the Express method. It is an excellent alternative if you would like to receive your order quickly but do not require the fastest possible delivery.
With the Standard Production method, your files will enter our production facility with a lower printing priority. However, delivery within the estimated timeframe indicated before completing your purchase is still guaranteed. This is the most suitable option if you do not need to receive your order urgently.
You will be able to select your preferred production method when placing your order and entering your delivery address. During checkout, we will show you the available options for your order, together with the cost and estimated delivery timeframe, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs before confirming your purchase.
Please note that the Express and Priority Production methods may not always be available (and therefore may not appear as options during checkout) at certain times, in specific geographical areas, or for particular types of orders. This may be due, for example, to periods of high demand, exceptionally large print jobs, or specific order characteristics that make it difficult to guarantee delivery times while maintaining our usual service standards.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process once you have entered your delivery address and selected your production and shipping methods. The amount may vary depending on the destination, the production method selected, the weight of your order, or the total order value. To find out the exact cost, simply configure your order and enter your delivery details. We will automatically display the available options and their costs before you confirm your purchase.

If your order does not reach the £5, a minimum order surcharge of £2.95 will be applied to cover the set-up and start-up costs of the printing presses. This charge will appear in your order summary and at checkout and is in addition to the standard or priority production costs.
In other words, you should note that you may see a small additional charge at checkout if your order at Copykrea does not exceed the minimum purchase amount required.
Please note that different promotions may occasionally reduce the cost of certain production methods and, therefore, these discounts are not reflected here. In addition, the transit times indicated on this page may occasionally change or be extended due to high workloads at our production facility or within the courier networks (particularly during peak periods such as the start of the academic year, the beginning of a new term, quarter, trimester or semester, or during special promotional campaigns).
Please also note that Copykrea offers several payment methods and, depending on the one you choose, your order may or may not be validated immediately after it is placed. As a result, it may or may not be forwarded to our production facility for processing and subsequent dispatch. For this reason, if you choose bank transfer as your payment method, your files will not be sent to production and the delivery timeframe will not begin until the payment has been received and validated in our bank account.
The preferred courier companies listed on this page for deliveries to different destinations may be changed by Copykrea if necessary.
Please also be aware that if our Customer Service team contacts you regarding any anomalies, issues, or queries related to your files or order, the delivery timeframe will only begin once these matters have been resolved with you.
Copykrea accepts no responsibility where the delivery of your printed documents cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If, for reasons attributable to the customer and not to the courier company or Copykrea, the order cannot be delivered to the address provided, Copykrea will have up to 30 days to arrange a new shipment. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs again, even if shipping was free of charge when the order was originally placed. The customer will always be informed of this situation.
Copykrea shall also not be held responsible if your copies cannot be delivered within the estimated timeframe due to adverse weather conditions, movement restrictions imposed by public authorities, or any type of natural or other disaster affecting the delivery area.
In this regard, Copykrea shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, commonly referred to as “force majeure”.
Copykrea accepts no responsibility where orders are not delivered within the estimated timeframe for reasons attributable to the courier company and, therefore, shipping costs will not be refundable.
However, if you selected the Express or Priority Production method but your order is processed using the Standard Production method due to issues within our production facility, you may request a refund of the difference between the two services. In other words, we will refund the additional amount paid for the Express or Priority Production service, less the difference between the shipping cost of the Standard Production method and that of the Express or Priority Production method.
Delivery shall be deemed completed once the proof of delivery has been signed and recorded within the courier company's systems.
Finally, Copykrea shall not be responsible for any additional charges arising from customs procedures or import duties.
