Your order will be shipped in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Store it in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid humidity and extreme temperatures. We also recommend keeping the material flat or rolled, without folding it or placing weight on top, to prevent deformation.

The print width is fixed. Simply arrange your designs within that width and calculate the total length they will occupy to determine how many metres you need. Please note that the minimum order is 1 metre.

Check that your files meet the specified requirements. Also, make sure your design is set up exactly as you want it printed. We do not make any additional adjustments.

We accept files in PNG format.

DTF UV printing is a technology that lets you transfer designs onto rigid surfaces using a special adhesive and inks cured with ultraviolet light. Unlike textile DTF, it doesn't need heat or an iron to apply. The result is a high-quality personalisation with excellent adhesion, bold colours and strong resistance to everyday use.

You can apply it to a wide range of rigid, smooth materials, such as crystal, glass, plastic, metal, aluminium, varnished wood, acrylic, ceramic or lacquered surfaces. It's ideal for personalising bottles, glasses, mugs, flasks, boxes, packaging, planners, promotional gifts or merchandise items. It isn't recommended for fabrics or for porous, rough or flexible surfaces.

Applying DTF UV is very simple and doesn't require heat or an iron. Before you start, make sure the surface is completely clean, dry and free of dust or grease.

Peel off the adhesive's backing, place the design on the surface and adjust its position. Then press evenly across the whole print to help it adhere. For a better result, you can use a spatula or a pressing tool to remove any bubbles. Finally, slowly peel off the protective film, checking that the design has fully stuck.

For the best application, always use smooth surfaces and avoid rough or porous materials. Also, once the design is in place, we don't recommend repositioning it.

Yes. Once correctly applied, it offers great resistance to water, moisture and everyday use. To extend its lifespan on items like bottles or glasses, we recommend hand-washing them and avoiding abrasive products or very high temperatures.

The difference is purely visual. The gloss finish boosts colour intensity and gives a more striking effect, while the matte finish offers a more elegant, soft look with no reflections. Both keep the same print quality, adhesion and durability.
