Yes, you can change the banner of your X-Banner to update the design without needing to buy a new structure. We recommend doing so only if the structure is from Copykrea, as we cannot guarantee that the banner will fit or be properly tensioned on third-party supports.
The X-Banner features a lightweight aluminium structure with tensioned rods that keep the banner stretched and visible.
Simply unfold the X-shaped structure, attach the printed banner to the eyelets located at the ends of the rods to tension it correctly, and secure the base on the floor. You can see how to do it step-by-step in this video.
Go for a clean design, with minimal text, contrasting colors, and a clear message that can be read from a distance.
You will receive your X-Banner ready to use, carefully packed and protected for transport, and it will include its carry bag for convenient carrying.
For print products, you need to upload your file after completing and paying for your order. Once your payment has gone through, you will see a confirmation page with your order number and direct access to the File transfer section. From there, you can upload your print file so we can start preparing your order.
If you do not upload it at that moment, you can also do it later from your customer area by going to the File transfer section. You just need to select upload file, add your design and click finish and send.
Please note that production of your order will begin once we have successfully received your print file.
